One-Time Digitizing Fee: Starting at $35.00

Digitizing converts your artwork into an embroidery file required by our equipment.

Customer-supplied garments are welcome. Hooping and handling fees may apply. Please refer to our Customer-Supplied Garment Policy for additional information.

Laser Engraving

Starting at $12.00

Most standard customer-supplied tumbler engravings are approximately $14.00 each.

Laser engraving is included in the purchase price of drinkware and tumblers purchased from Alpha Side Branding Company. Artwork preparation is not included.

Artwork Requirements

Laser engraving requires black-and-white (single-color) artwork. Full-color artwork, gradients, shadows, and transparency effects cannot be engraved.

If your artwork requires cleanup, recreation, or conversion into a laser-ready format, artwork preparation starts at $25.00.

Personalization

Individual personalization (names, initials, badge numbers, or custom text) is included on standard orders.
Bulk pricing for 24 or more tumblers does not include individual personalization. Additional personalization charges may apply.

Customer-Supplied Items

We are happy to engrave customer-supplied items whenever possible. Because every material reacts differently to the engraving process, Alpha Side Branding Company cannot guarantee the final appearance of customer-provided items.

Laser engraving is permanent and performed at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for hidden material defects, manufacturer coatings, or damage that may occur during the engraving process on customer-supplied items.

Rush Orders

Rush Fees Starting at $75.00

Need your order sooner? We offer expedited production whenever our schedule allows.

Rush Order Policy

Orders requested with a turnaround time of fewer than 10 business days from the date of artwork approval and full payment are considered rush orders.
Rush fees start at $75.00 and may increase depending on the size, complexity, quantity, and production requirements of the order.
Rush orders are accepted based on current production capacity, material availability, and supplier lead times.
Customers are responsible for all expedited shipping charges incurred from suppliers or shipping carriers that are required to meet the requested deadline.
Rush fees and expedited shipping charges are in addition to the standard cost of the order.
While we make every effort to meet your requested deadline, we cannot guarantee delivery if delays occur due to supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Production on rush orders begins only after artwork has been approved and full payment has been received.
