By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork, submitting payment, or using our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies established by Alpha Side Branding Company.

Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, colors, availability, specifications, and turnaround times, errors may occasionally occur. Alpha Side Branding Company reserves the right to correct any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or pricing discrepancies at any time without prior notice.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, names, or other intellectual property submitted for production.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary permissions and authorizations required for reproduction and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Side Branding Company from any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

Product Representation

Digital proofs, mockups, online images, and product renderings are intended for visual reference only. Final products may vary slightly due to differences in embroidery, printing methods, garment construction, monitor settings, manufacturing tolerances, lighting, and production processes.

Production & Turnaround

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing. Alpha Side Branding Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, supplier shortages, weather, acts of God, equipment failures, customer approval delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customer-supplied garments and merchandise are decorated at the customer's risk and are subject to the Alpha Side Branding Company Customer-Supplied Garment Policy.

Inspection of Orders

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt. Any shortages, defects, or production concerns must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or pickup. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Custom Products

Because custom-decorated products are personalized specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product contains a verified manufacturing or production defect caused by Alpha Side Branding Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Side Branding Company's liability for any claim arising from its products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Alpha Side Branding Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or replacement costs, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Right to Refuse Service

Alpha Side Branding Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to requests involving unlawful content, trademark infringement, offensive material, safety concerns, or projects that cannot reasonably be produced to our quality standards.

Policy Changes

Alpha Side Branding Company reserves the right to modify or update its policies, pricing, procedures, and terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time an order is approved or payment is received will govern that transaction unless otherwise stated in writing.
