Shipping Policy

At Alpha Side Branding Company, we strive to process and ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Because many of our products are custom-made, production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, and decoration method.

Order Processing

Production begins only after all of the following have been completed:

  • Order has been placed.

  • Artwork has been approved (if applicable).

  • Required information has been received.

  • Payment or deposit has been received (if applicable).

Most custom orders require production before shipping. Estimated production times are provided with your order but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers, including:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

Carrier selection is determined by package size, destination, delivery speed, and availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Destination

  • Shipping service selected

Alpha Side Branding Company does not inflate standard shipping rates. Customers are charged the applicable shipping cost based on the selected shipping method unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Free Shipping Promotions

Orders that qualify for a free shipping promotion will receive the shipping method selected by Alpha Side Branding Company unless otherwise specified.

Free shipping promotions apply only within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.

Oversized products, freight shipments, and certain specialty items may be excluded from free shipping offers.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready.

Please do not arrive before receiving pickup confirmation.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within select service areas.

Delivery availability, scheduling, and fees will be communicated prior to order completion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping transit times begin after production has been completed.

Typical transit estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on the carrier service selected

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Alpha Side Branding Company.

Production Delays

Production may be delayed due to:

  • Customer approval delays

  • Artwork revisions

  • Inventory shortages

  • Manufacturer backorders

  • Weather events

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Holidays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Alpha Side Branding Company is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order is reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, Alpha Side Branding Company will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier whenever possible.

We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Mechanical failures

  • Labor interruptions

  • Carrier routing issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Other carrier-related events beyond our control

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Photograph the package before opening.

  2. Photograph all damaged products.

  3. Retain all original packaging materials.

  4. Contact Alpha Side Branding Company within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the carrier's ability to honor a claim.

Split Shipments

Certain orders may ship in multiple packages or directly from different suppliers.

Additional tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • VAT

  • Other government-imposed charges

Alpha Side Branding Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • Size

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier limitations

  • Manufacturer policies

We reserve the right to modify shipping methods when necessary.

Freight Shipments

Large signage, display systems, bulk promotional products, tents, oversized banners, and other freight items may require special shipping arrangements.

Customers will be contacted regarding freight pricing and delivery scheduling when applicable.

Order Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, shipping damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Shipping Guarantee

Alpha Side Branding Company guarantees that your order will be packaged with care and shipped using the selected shipping service after production is complete.

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times or delivery dates once a package has left our facility.
